The City of San Ramon (“City”) requests a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “Respondent” and collectively, “Respondents”) for On-Call Pavement Design Consulting Services (“Services”).

The City requires On-Call Pavement Design Consulting Services (“Services”) for comprehensive engineering design and the preparation of construction documents for various pavement projects.

Request for Information Deadline: March 17, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
SOQ Deadline: March 24, 2026 by 2:00 p.m.
Interviews (if requested by City): March 2026
Notice of Selection: April 2026
Council Approval and Award: TBD
Commence Services: May 1, 2026
