The Measure J Traffic Congestion Relief Agency (TRAFFIX) is seeking proposals from a qualified firm, team, or individual (Proposers) to provide Financial Auditing Services (Services) primarily consisting of auditing, reporting, and completing independent audit requirements, for fiscal years ending on June 30 of 2026, 2027, and 2028.

RFP Issued: May 1, 2026
Pre-Proposal Conference: May 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Written Questions/Requests for Clarifications (RFCs) Deadline: May 19, 2026 by 2:00 p.m.
Agency's Response to Questions/RFCs: By June 3, 2026
Proposals Due: July 1, 2026 by 2:00 p.m.
Interviews (if requested): July 6, 2026 (TBD)
Contract Award: July 20, 2026 (tentative)
Notice to Proceed: July 27, 2026 (tentative)
