The City of San Ramon's budget process is nearly complete.
For the last several months, the City has been developing the operating budget for Fiscal Year 2025/26 (FY26), which begins on July 1, 2025 and ends on June 30, 2026.
The City Council is required to pass a balanced budget no later than June 30, 2025, which will be effective July 1, 2025.
- The latest step of the FY26 Budget Process took place as part of the City Council Meeting on May 13.
- The final step of the FY26 Budget Process will take place as part of the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 27at 7 p.m. at San Ramon City Hall (7000 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon CA, 94583).

Budget at City Council Meeting
Tuesday, May 27 at 7 p.m.
San Ramon City Hall & YouTube
The final step of the Budget Process will take place as part of the regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 27 at 7 p.m. at San Ramon City Hall (7000 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon CA 94583).
The May 27 Proposed Budget Presentation will incorporate any requested changes provided by the City Council at the May 13 meeting, and will recommend adoption of the Fiscal Year 2025/26 Proposed Budget by resolution.
This meeting is open to the public and will include time for public comment.
The agenda with full details will be posted 72 hours ahead of the meeting at sanramon.ca.gov/meeting.
The meeting will also be streamed live on the City's YouTube channel, and a recording will be available to watch afterward.
