The City of San Ramon (“City”) will accept sealed bids for its 25 Meter Lap Pool Replaster, as part of the San Ramon Olympic Pool Equipment Replacement Project (CIP 925479) (“Project”), by or before October 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at  office of the City Clerk, located at 7000 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon, California, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Each Bid Proposal must be completed, using the form provided in the Contract Documents, signed, and submitted to City in a sealed envelope, with all required forms and attachments, by or before the date and time set forth in Section 1 of the Notice Inviting Bids, or as amended by subsequent addendum. Faxed or emailed Bid Proposals will not be accepted, unless otherwise specified. Late submissions will be returned unopened. City reserves the right to postpone the date or time for receiving or opening bids. Each bidder is solely responsible for all of its costs to prepare and submit its bid and by submitting a bid waives any right to recover those costs from City. The bid price(s) must include all costs to perform the Work as specified, including all labor, material, supplies, and equipment and all other direct or indirect costs such as applicable taxes, insurance and overhead. 

Bid Envelope:  The sealed envelope containing the Bid Proposal and all required forms and attachments must be clearly labeled and addressed as follows:

Requests for Information:

Questions or requests for clarifications regarding the Project, the bid procedures, or any of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to Jonette Fuentes, Administrative Analyst at jfuentes@sanramon.ca.gov. Oral responses are not authorized and are not binding on the City. The last day to submit questions is Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM. Questions submitted after 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, or to any other staff, or by any other method, will not be answered. An interpretation or clarification by City in response to a written inquiry will be issued in an addendum.
