San Ramon Below Market Rate (BMR) Home Ownership Program Orientation
In 2022, SummerHill Homes began construction of the 404-unit City Village project located at the intersection of Camino Ramon and Norris Canyon Road. The project consists of single-family and multi-family for-sale housing units. Twenty of the housing units in the townhome component of City Village have been set aside as BMR units. The City has contracted with HouseKeys, a BMR administrator, to determine the eligibility of individuals and households interested in owning a BMR home at City Village.
The last phase of the City Village BMR program is currently underway. The final four (4) units at The Towns at City Village by SummerHill Homes will soon be released for purchase via lottery. The deadline to enter the opportunity drawing for these units is 5 p.m. on May 1, 2025.
HouseKeys will hold an orientation on the BMR program on Thursday, April 17 at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall (7000 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon CA 94583), and via Zoom.
