    You may not be able to trick-or-treat, but that doesn't mean you can't get dressed up! Tell your family and friends and grab your pets!  From October 19 to November 2 submit photos of your Halloween costumes to be featured on our City website. 

    • Each category submission will need to be submitted on an individual form.

     Winners per category will be announced on November 5.   

    Costume Categories:

    • Overall:
      • Ages 0-5, 6-10, 11-14, 15-18, Adult 18+ , or Active Adult 55+
    • Best Group (2 or more)  Dogs as ghosts
    • Most Original (Youth & Adult)
    • Best Homemade (Youth & Adult)
    • Scariest PG13 (Youth & Adult)
    • Best "Howl-ween" Pet Costume
