San Ramon Below Market Rate (BMR) Home Ownership Program: Two (2) Units at Iron Horse Village Coming Soon
Opportunity Drawing Deadline: Tuesday, October 6 at 5 p.m.
Two (2) Below Market Rate (BMR) units at Iron Horse Village by Lennar will soon be released for purchase via lottery. The deadline to enter the opportunity drawing lottery for these units is Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 5 p.m.
Iron Horse Village, a collection of 117 homes with a mix of single-family and multi-family residential units, will include site circulation, parking, a central common paseo, landscape paths, a private tot lot, and connection to the adjacent Iron Horse Trail. The multi-family units also include 8 live-work units.
These two (2) upcoming units will be available for Low Income households (click here to view income categories and household sizes).
HouseKeys will be administering the lottery on behalf of the City of San Ramon for the Iron Horse Village development. Applicants must enter the appropriate Iron Horse Village opportunity drawing by visiting the HouseKeys website.
The City of San Ramon is NOT offering any Down Payment Assistance.
