The construction of the Aspenwood Senior Apartment project for 122 income-restricted senior apartment units, made possible in part by significant funding from the City, continues to make progress toward occupancy, and is anticipated to open in February. Construction of the Iron Horse Trail Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing at Bollinger Canyon Road has begun. The work includes bridge construction, grading, paving, landscape, lighting, traffic signal work, crosswalk removal, and median improvements.
