Leaders in Training
Leadership and professionalism are two key skills young people should strive to achieve.
This teen focused program aims to teach leadership skills, build confidence and develop the skills needed as a teen in the workplace. The Leaders in Training (LIT) program accomplishes this through classroom-based learning and hands on volunteer work over the summer.
Volunteer opportunities are provided in a variety of City of San Ramon summer camps offered throughout the City, providing LITs with real experience, training, mentoring, guided experience working with youth and becoming a leader.
