The Orchards: Appeal Denied at April 7 City Council Meeting

On February 12, 2026, the City received an appeal of the Planning Commission’s approval of the Orchards Development Project. The City Council considered the appeal as part of a special City Council Meeting on April 7, 2026, and voted unanimously to deny the appeal and uphold the Planning Commission's original project approval.
